The Beginning is the 1st book in the series.

As four worlds collide over the Earth, it is up to Tom and his team defend the entire planet from the alien races that wish to destroy us. Jacob Penguin is Tom second in command and protector of Light.

Jacob (Jack) Penguin is one of the main male protagonists of the main saga, and the main male antagonist in the Truth series. He is very abnormal, even for the team's standard. He also sees lots of light floating through the sky, that even though it has been theorised to be part of his Unique Ability of Light, no one seems to understand what they can be used for.

Tom's House is Tom's primary base during the first two books.

Almost as soon as Tom could walk he was upgrading his house into the eleven story building it is today. Tom then started working on digging downwards to enlarge the house before dumping Jamie and his parents in it.

Personal Power Amplifiers are ships designed by Tom and Naomi to increase the Unique Ability of one person.

The Personal Power Amplifiers (P.P.As) are a group of sixteen ships designed and built by Tom and Darren, for the three sets of quintuplets and Connor. They are designed to one person, and will only work at full compatibility when controlled by their respective owners. They amplify each person's Unique Abilities.
